What is Projector and how does it work?

What is a projector? You all may have seen the use of projector in your class, or in one government function, nowadays people use Projector even in weddings, to refresh old memories. But do you know what this video projector is? How does this projector work? What are its different types? If you want to know the simple answer to all these questions then read this article today till the end. Because today we are going to share all the information about Projector with you.

Gone are the days when blackboards were used in classrooms, in which they were filled with quotations, maths equations and science diagrams. Teachers needed to use chalks and write again and again to explain a concept. Sometimes everything in these blackboards cannot be explained properly. In such a situation, teachers can easily explain all the concepts to students much better by using digital projectors. With this, teachers can now teach students seamlessly without using any chalks which used to have a lot of time wastage. With more time, students can ask all their doubts. So today I thought that why should you people be informed about the projector, which will make it easier for you to understand it. So let's start without delay.

Tell Projector in easy language, then it is a device that uses a series of chips, lenses, color wheels and various other gadgets and gizmos which takes a beam of light and replaces it. Also in favorite movies and TV shows with great high definition detail.

A projector is an optical device that projects an image or moving images above a surface, which is primarily a projection screen. In today's time, the most common type of projector is a video projector. We can call video projectors digital replacements of first type of projectors such as slide projectors and overhead projectors.

The invention of the projectors was done by Charles Francis Jenkins in 1894. Today's projectors and old projectors have nothing in common. Where in earlier original models, light was blasted by celluloid film and stringed images and sounds together, using some techniques which are not even used anymore.

There is a lot of complexity in both design and implementation of modern projectors, many different core technologies are used in it which gives a much larger range to an prospective buyer.

Projector Type
There are many types of projectors but three of them are the most prominent.

1. DLP
2. LCD
3. CRT

What is DLP Projection
DLP technology is based on an optical semiconductor called a digital micro mirror device, which was done by Texas Instruments in 1987. A DMD Chip is made up of many millions of tiny mirrors, which rotate at 10 degrees angle (in better models they also have 12 degrees).

In a DMD chips, the shade is often extra and is controlled using a shade controls. These are such controls in which they rotates through the whole round which can be from 150x each second to 250x or even more.

Many affordable products can be made using several message shade controls. It can be either red / green / blue color, but often it is a clear message.

What are the Advantages of DLP Projector
1) It has a filter-free design.
2) These are Sealed projection system.
3) There are no problems with failed air filter.
4) Higher contrasts occur.
5) Less pixilation occurs
6) Lighter and smaller.
